So… Nanowrimo has arrived, and as per usual, it has taken me a couple of days to get into it. Not helped by the fact I was down London for a friend’s 40th birthday party and didn’t get home until the 2nd, but hey-ho, I’m on the case now.
Having lost the majority of my writing in a cloud storage disaster, I am going to be a Nano-rebel this year. Over the past few months, I’ve been doing a little rewriting and had a word count of about 20k before the 1st November arrived (obviously I’m only counting new writing towards my Nanowrimo counts).
The plan therefore, is to complete the rewrite of my first book, and when that is complete, make a start on book two. I did plan to rewrite all three (about 300k in total), but I have editing commitments so that isn’t practical anymore.
